ESSENTIAL ITEMS TO CARRY FOR YOUR TREK

For some, trekking is like a meditation. And why shouldn’t it be? Once you embark on a trail, it teleports you to an entirely different place. Beautiful vistas, meeting strangers, pushing your limits- all of it and much more never done and seen before stances you come across. So much so, once the treks end, it has been observed that many people have changed their career graphs and they have finally found their calling.

Though, to make your experience hassle-free and to enjoy it in its true essence, the initial steps should be taken in a right direction. Once you have chosen a trek, you should pay a significant amount significant amount of time in thinking what to pack and what not. A successful trip depends on a lot of how you do the packing for it. Thus, you must ensure you are carrying all the essential items to carry out a seamless trek.

Frankly, it is not the numbers that matter but we have tried to list down all the important items.

A. BASICTREKKING GEAR

1. Rucksack/Back. Between 40-50L. Don’t buy than 60L unless you are in expeditions. (These will be heavier and can cause discomfort if not fully loaded!)

2. Water Bottle

4. Walking Stick. At Least 1 should be kept.

1. Small Towel

2. Toilet paper and Wet wipes
