To reach Jibhi, you can choose from any of the following transport options-
By Road-
Regular bus services (both government and private) are available from Delhi, Chandigarh and other nearby major cities to Aut or Banjar, the nearest major towns. From Banjar, Jibhi is about 8 km away, and you can hire a taxi or take a local bus.
By Train-
The closest major railway stations are Chandigarh (approximately 270 km from Jibhi) and Ambala Cantt (about 300 km away). The alternative railway station to Jibhi is Jogindernagar. Other train routes to Jibhi include those through Chandigarh and Ambala. From these railway stations, you can hire a taxi directly to Jibhi or take a bus to Aut or Banjar and then a taxi or local bus to Jibhi.
By Air-
The closest airport is Bhuntar Airport (Kullu-Manali Airport), located about 60 km from Jibhi. You can hire a taxi directly to Jibhi, which takes about 2 hours.
The best time to visit Jibhi is from March to November. However, one should avoid monsoon months as the trails become slippery and there are high chances of landslides.
Jibhi offers quite mild and pleasant weather. The temperatures of Jibhi are neither too cold nor too hot, making it perfect and comfortable for everybody to explore the setting and take a forest walk in Jibhi.
