The Jalsu Pass trek is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Dhauladhar range in Himachal Pradesh, India. The pass connects the Chamba and Kangra valleys, offering a scenic route between these regions.

How to Reach?

The Jalsu Pass Trek starts from Paprola town, close to Palampur. To reach Palampur, you can choose from any of the following transport options- 

By Road:

Buses from Delhi and Chandigarh to Palampur are available from various bus operators, including both government and private services.

By Train:

The nearest major railway station to Palampur is Pathankot (approximately 90 kilometers away). You can take a train from Delhi or Chandigarh to Pathankot, which is well-connected with several trains. From Pathankot, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to Palampur, which takes about 2-3 hours.

By Air:

The nearest airport to Palampur is Gaggal Airport (Dharamshala), located about 40 kilometers away. You can take a flight to Gaggal Airport.  From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a local bus to reach Palampur.
