November marks the pretty autumn welcoming the ever-crisp air, lush green sceneries, and dramatically colourful landscapes! The views of the upper Himalayas appear to be more vivid during this time as the clouds begin to move and disappear.
However, moving to the winter month of November, a drop in temperature is experienced and the vibe of winter approaching gets real!

December to February marks the winter season when the trail is covered with a pure-white blanket of snow. How to Reach Kedarkantha Trek Basecamp?
By Flight:
You could easily catch a direct flight to Dehradun if you’re staying in metro cities like Pune, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Delhi, or Mumbai. If the flight rates are expensive from your current location, then flying to Delhi is always an easy and smart decision as it gives you the option to commute further by bus or train.
From the airport, public transports like auto-rickshaws are available, and you could also book a pre-paid taxi from the taxi service counter or also spontaneously look for a taxi which would also require you to up your bargaining game!
Also, remember to plan according to your itinerary and reach a day before your planned schedule to avoid exertion and last-minute confusion.
By Bus:
Buses are another convenient way to commute to Dehradun from ISBT Kashmere Gate. Both, AC and Non-AC buses are available with reasonable prices and comfortable travel while only taking 7-8 hours to complete the commute.
By Train:
Railways are also a convenient way to ride from Delhi to Dehradun. Dehradun is well-connected to other cities and Dehradun Junction is the nearest railway station. The tickets are quite reasonable and the upgrade in tourism facilities has made the train journeys comfortable.
