Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour with HimTrek.co.in. These terms outline the rules and responsibilities for both the tour operator (HimTrek) and the traveller. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation By You:

• • To cancel your tour, the lead name on the booking must provide written notice to our office.

• • Cancellation charges apply as follows:

     

    • • For long treks or expeditions, refunds will not be issued.
      • From the booking date until 30 days prior to the departure date: 30% of the package cost.
      • From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the package cost.
      • From 15 days to 7 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the package cost.
      • For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the package cost.

Changes Made By Us Before Travel:

• • We reserve the right to make changes to your tour program due to unexpected conditions.

• • If you decline the alternative, you can choose a different tour offered by us, pay or receive a refund for any price difference.

• • Alternatively, you can cancel your tour and receive a full refund of deposits, excluding any amendment charges of Rs 1500.00.

• • Compensation for changes not resulting from circumstances beyond our control:

     

    • • 20 days prior to the departure date: Deposits only.
    • • 7 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the tour cost.
    • • 4 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the tour cost + 1.25% of the tour cost.
    • • 2 days prior to the departure date: 100% of the tour cost + 3.50% of the tour cost.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control:

• • We cannot compensate, reimburse expenses, or cover losses if we have to change or cancel your tour due to circumstances beyond our control.

• • Such circumstances may include war, airport closures, epidemics, natural disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, industrial disputes, and bad weather.

Your Responsibility:

• • You are responsible for your actions and their impact on others during the tour.

• • Disruptive behaviour may result in tour termination without a refund.

• • You are responsible for your safety and the condition of the property you occupy.

• • We are not liable for accidents resulting from irresponsible behaviour or broken property.

• • Enjoy alcohol responsibly; we are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage due to impaired judgement.

Damage and Liability:

• • You and your travelling party are jointly and individually liable for any damage to accommodation, furniture, or other materials.

• • You must report any breakages, defects, or damage immediately.

• • If your behaviour or that of your party causes a diversion, you are responsible for all related costs.

Complaints:

• • If you have a complaint, please inform relevant personnel during the tour.

• • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

• • If not satisfied, contact our tour representative. If no representative is available, contact us via the provided Email ID or Phone Number.

• • Complaints or refund requests will not be entertained after the tour ends.
