Itinerary

Day 1: Explore Old Manali

  • The Hampta Snow Valley Trek begins with your arrival in Manali, a popular hill station located in the Kullu Valley.
  • Upon arrival, take a taxi to our Manali campsite. Old Manali is known for its vibrant cafes, traditional Himachali architecture, and stunning views of the Beas River.
  • You can spend the day exploring the town, visiting the famous Hadimba Temple, a beautiful shrine dedicated to the goddess Hadimba, and indulging in some local delicacies in the market.

Day 2: Drive to Prini and trek from Prini to Sethan Homestay

  • After breakfast, you will be driven to Prini, a Heritage Homestay located just 4.5 kilometres (2.5 miles) away from Manali.
  • This is where your trekking adventure begins. The trek to the beautiful Sethan Village, situated at an altitude of 2,850 meters (9,350 feet).
  • Once you reach the Homestay at  Sethan Valley, you will check into your rooms and spend the night under the starry sky.

Day 3: Trek from Sethan Homestay to Chika in Hampta Snow Valley

  • As you trek towards the Hampta Valley, you will be mesmerised by the scenic beauty that surrounds you.
  • You can take your time to admire the beauty of the surroundings, click photographs and create memories that will last a lifetime.
  • After this, we will trek back to the same route. You will spend the night at our Homestay, in the lap of nature, under a starry sky.

Day 4: Trek back to Manali

  • After breakfast, you will trek back to Prini, retracing the same trail you took on day 2.
  • The trek takes around 3 to 4 hours, and you will once again pass through the beautiful landscapes of the Hampta Valley.
  • You will reach Manali by noon, and the trek ends with your departure from Manali.
